Thank you for ordering from Aspire Leotards. We hope you like the item/s you have ordered. However, if you are unsatisfied, a full refund will be given within 14 days for an exchange or refund if the item/s is as follows:

1. Returned unworn and in perfect condition
2. In original packaging with tags attached

We do not accept returns on item/s that have been damaged in anyway; this includes odours from smoke or perfume. 

Aspire Leotards is not satisfied unless our customers are satisfied.

When sending a return, please use a suitable weatherproof envelope and include  return items unworn with a covering letter with your reason for the return to the address below.

Your comments in your letter will be very appreciated and assist us in improving our products and services.

Please remember that you, the customer, are responsible for any returned item/s until they reach us; we recommend that you obtain proof of posting. This means that if your parcel is lost in the post, you will be able to claim from the carrier who posted your parcel. If you return your parcel via a form of delivery that is not guaranteed then we will accept no responsibility if the parcel is lost or damaged.
